Couldn't have asked for a better service for the wedding. Our coordinator was Shaunte and she was instrumental for the planning before and the coordination of the day of. She and her team were quick on their feet to prevent problems and enhanced the experience. I threw out my back a few days before the wedding and she provided a ice pack to use in between the events to ease the pain. They also helped with the minimal decorations we had to make them shine more. Finally the clean was quick and through and we got compliments from the church staff the next day. All and All you will be very happy to chose this team.

Hiring Events By Shaunte was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Shaunté and her team took so much stress out of the whole process leading up to our wedding. She also had excellent suggestions when we had to make planning decisions and we weren't sure what to do. And on our wedding day, whenever an issue came up, which is inevitable for an event with so many moving pieces, Shaunté had a solution and took care of it flawlessly so we could focus on enjoying ourselves. We had the amazing experience of planning and having our wedding reception this past March. Having this team by our side through this journey was so crucial for bringing our visions to fruition! With only six months to plan a two-location and same-day event featuring 120 reception guests, it was really helpful to have our coordinator Shaunte as a sounding board. My husband and I wanted to handle most of the vision crafting, and so we decided to go with the Day-of coordinator option which still included 2 phone consultations and a walkthrough debrief of the venue. Moreover, Shaunte was always available via email/text to answer questions that came to mind (ranging from insurance, to security options, to contracts etc.), and she was always helpful in catching any overlooked logistical details. We brought Shaunte on board with only 4 months to go. As we juggled the various aspects of the event, she was very patient; she worked with our at times slow pacing yet was mindful to keep us on track with essential timeline checkpoints. This included a very precise worksheet that detailed all relevant information (the vendors, family, schedule info etc) for the day. Developing and making available such a central repository was essential for keeping everything in order as the event was fast approaching! With everything culminating on the big day, Shaunte was able to seamlessly integrate her two assistants, bringing them up to full speed on our plans and intentions. While we were away at the ceremony, they received vendors and helped set up and decorate the reception according to our vision. The whole day was a blitz and was so much fun! We are very glad and so thankful to have had Shaunte on our team!

This team was outstanding! We were lucky to have them powering our special day. At first I was a bit reluctant to even have a coordinator, but our venue required a one. Boy am I glad my wife had found Shaunte. They were constantly working behind the scenes to make sure our day went smoothly. Shaunte was always where we needed her like some kind of magical wedding ninja. We barely had any hiccups in our day at all and I'm 100% positive it was mostly due to these wonderful ladies. Thank you again! We couldn't have done it without you. To anyone else looking for a coordinator... seriously just book them. You won't regret it.
